Des Moines Prenatal Massage

We hike with our babies & diaper bags!

Join us for a 20 to 30 minute walk, followed by a complementary Pilates MAT session from Linnsey Sires of Des Moines Prenatal Massage or a complementary yoga flow from Deja Roman of Floating Yoga 108.

All events are FREE and welcome kids of all ages! Each week we will have a theme to help engage and entertain the older children.

A light snack will be provided as well as child supervision at the playground. We recommend bringing water, baby carrier if needed and a yoga mat.
