Hello, I’m Rachel Henry. I live in Pleasant Hill with my husband and two boys. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy traveling. It’s always been my passion to care for people. For many years I have done that by working in healthcare, specifically surgery. However, it had been a long time dream to be a Massage Therapist. In April 2023, I graduated from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School and became a Licensed Massage Therapist to fulfill that dream. Being a Mom, working full time, all while going to school, I learned the importance of selfcare. I want to extend that to my clients, giving them time to take a step back from their busy lives to relax and care for themselves. As they say, “You can’t pour from an empty cup!” I’m here to help you fill that cup!
