Des Moines Prenatal Massage

The evening will begin with an all-levels Pilates Mat class led by Linnsey from Des Moines Prenatal Massage. This gentle yet effective class is designed to help you move, strengthen, and reconnect with your body in a welcoming, supportive space—no prior Pilates experience needed.

After class, Ashley Asberry, owner of Low Toxy, will share a brief introduction to low-toxin living, offering insight into simple ways to reduce everyday chemical exposure and create a healthier home environment.

Even better, this event supports an important cause. A portion of the proceeds from the Pilates class and store purchases during the event will be donated to the Iowa Environmental Council, an organization dedicated to creating a healthier, more sustainable environment for Iowa through advocacy and education.
